If you're new to pranayama, movement, or mind training, we recommend beginning with our 7 Day Essentials Course. Absolutely! The beauty of the Life Awareness Project Program is that it guides you on which breathing, movement, and body exercises are best suited for various situations, including pregnancy.
When you're pregnant, we highly recommend focusing on calm and gentle breathing practices. This approach helps create a sense of security and peace for both you and your baby. Engage in your daily breathwork sessions with ease and tranquility. When performing stronger breathing techniques, make sure to practice them very gently. Avoid long breath-holds to prevent significant changes to your blood pressure and hormone levels. Hyperventilation, which involves breathing more than necessary, is beneficial in many strong breathing practices but should be avoided during pregnancy.
Your experience with yoga and breathwork, along with your fitness level, will also influence what’s best for you. It's always a good idea to stay on the safe side and consult with a healthcare professional if you're unsure.

Yes, introducing breathwork, movement, and mind training to your children is an excellent idea! We recommend that children practice the exercises within the Life Awareness Project Program under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. This ensures their safety and provides a wonderful opportunity for you to spend quality time together, strengthening your bond while exploring these practices.

If you're experiencing a cold or feeling unwell, it's your body's way of telling you to slow down and rest. However, you can still practice exercises that aid recovery. Instead of strong breathing techniques, focus on gentle breathing exercises and consider adding meditation to your routine if you haven't already. Be gentle with your body during this time.
If your symptoms worsen, if you experience pain, or if your cold is getting worse, we highly recommend contacting a healthcare provider for a medical check-up.

Anxiety can have many negative effects on both our body and mental health. Fortunately, breathing is a powerful tool that can help you become stronger and healthier while also supporting your mind and emotions. By incorporating specific breathing techniques, you can reduce anxiety, increase relaxation, and improve overall well-being.

Testimonials from Our Former Students
"Thank you, Michaël, for your time and amazing input. It was so nice to listen to you. You really speak from the heart, and I can feel that. You asked really important questions and emphasized the importance of following your heart. If you chase money, you won’t find true success. Create good vibrations within yourself, act with kindness, and follow your heart and flow, and everything will fall into place. Thanks for this teaching."

"I experienced Michaël as a deeply embodied being, and there was a presence that seemed to radiate through the screen. I loved the wisdom around the self-inquiry into WHY we are training or wanting to facilitate. While I love holotropic and more intense breathwork, I appreciated his response to the question about trauma at the end."

"Michaël has taught me to trust the process and go with the flow, and naturally, things will happen perfectly. He has so much wisdom and a great nature. Thank you, Michaël!"

"I loved the reflection activity on why I decided on breathwork facilitator training for myself and what I want to share with others. Michaël is a very insightful teacher, and I resonated with him when he spoke about the light within needing to be lit before it can shine out into the world. Pranayama leads to the realization that you are much more than the physical body—so powerful."
